I recently found out that Sylvain Chomet, the creator of The Triplettes of Belleville, and the short Tour Eiffel in the film Paris, je t'aime, is coming out with a new film titled L'Illusionniste/The Illusionist. It was made in his Edinburgh studio, Django Films , which is now being dismantled as the film has been completed. I am really looking forward to the release of this film, which is set in France for May 5, 2010. The script was originally written by Jacques Tati, and the main character bears quite a resemblance to him. Enough said...for your viewing pleasure (sorry for non-French speakers):
