Drawing at the Eliot School

On Tuesday night I went to draw at the Eliot School in Jamaica Plain. Every Tuesday night they have a drop-in figure drawing session. ($15 per class, or 8 sessions pre-paid at $100). Unfortunately, our instructor didn't show up, nor did the model. So instead, those of us who decided to stay, took turns modeling. It actually turned out to be a very interesting session as we were drawing a different person for every pose. The first two drawings were four minute poses, and the third one was a five minute pose. These were all done in pen.

Your drawings are very expressive.

Thanks, I really try to get the gesture and the overall movement/feeling down as quickly as possible when I start a drawing.
